    Hello all, ok so 1999 50 hp starts and accelerates fine then when cruising at 3/4 or more throttle motor stalls like you backed the throttle down to a fast idle. Then when I do back the throttle down and the increase it past a fast idle it acts like it hits a rev limiter. Any one seen this...
