    I have a 1998 6hp Johnson. Thermostat gasket is leaking water. Why is Part # 0441066 ( Thermostat Cover Gasket ) no longer available ? No replacement part listed either. Is there a liquid gasket I could use instead ?

    25hp Evinrude Not Enough Power

    I have a 2002 25hp Evinrude. The motor does not produce the same power as my 1996 25hp Evirude that I previously had on boat. Motor starts, runs, idles perfectly but does not seem to produce the same rpm as my 96( Sounds different). I have checked throttle cable, gas is good as well as oil mix...
