    225H Excel piston change. Can it be done on the boat?

    Picked up an old stratos with a 225H excel that was only hitting on 5 cyl. Upon inspection, it looks like it was running lean and one of the pistons(strbrd side,bottom) melted along the edge of the crown.     New guy. Yamaha 225 excel q's

    I picked up an 87 stratos with a 25 excel. The motor melted the edges off one of the pistons. It will run, but hitting on 5 isn't the bee's knee's. I can't find anything on google for a rebuild kit. Does anyone recommend a shop in the sacramento ca area? or know where to get a set of pistons?
