I have a tracker 1600 tf with an evinrude 110. I usually run boat at 3500 rpm and occasionally at 4000 rpm, however boat is really slow to plane even when using trim, and at 4000 rpm runs at about 29 to 32 mph. What can I do to get up to plane faster and improve overall speed. Only had boat...
