i have a 1982 evinrude 15 hp motor. it had sat for a few years. when i first got it i managed to get it running but had some fuel pump problems. installed a new pump but now when i go to crank it, it labors and won't turn over. if i remove the plugs it cranks over just fine. i'm thinking...
