    i have a 28hp 1991 johnson. It is a 2 cylinder, the bottom cylinder fires but top doesnt. What should i look for before taking it somewhere. I replaced the plugs, then took the plug wires off and replaced on opposite plug. After running the engine for a while and removing the plugs the...
