Hi folks, Just bought a 2001 boat with a Mercury 75HP ELPTO serial number 0T441163. The engine did alot of sitting and was running pretty rough and popping from exhaust. Sucked all the old fuel out which really didnt smell or look to bad. The lower carb was spilling fuel out of the overflow...
