Have a rebuilt 350 Vortec engine long block installed in my Mastercraft.
It is producing only 3200 RPM. Previous 350 Vortec was producuing 42-4400 rpm.
All work done by reputable(?) engine rebuilder and marine mechanics...they are stumped!!
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
