I have a 1989 135 hp mercury mariner v6 that idles rough and will not exceed 2700 rpm. Has good compression, (2) new switch boxes, recently cleaned carbs and installed all new gaskets, rebuilt fuel pump, new filters, fuel lines, new rectifier,
completed all spark test running and...
