I just bought a 15 whaler with an 83 Evinrude 70 hp on it. It seems to idle and run fine for 30 or so minutes, but once it warms up it starts to bog down at WOT...once this happens it won't idle without dying and won't start unless rpms are up. Not sure if anyone has some insight or a similar...
