Most of the water close by me , such as chrystal river would be mild salt from the gulf , strong brachish lets say.
My husband about flips out when i want to take it out scalloping. Says the salt will hurt the wiring underneath etc. i say we hose it down when we get home. he says will help but...
I put a 115 johnson motor on my older 20 foot basstracker pontoon so i could "get there" quicker a couple years ago.
This motor is a 1990.
The boat runs great with it, no problem, and i "can get to that crappie hole quicker" lol
Trouble is with the gas prices increasing and increasing this...
