I have an evinrude 120hp VRO motor that I'm trying to get running. I replaced all the spark plugs, replaced one coil that was no good, now has spark on all 4 cylinders. Started the motor out of the water with muffs on it and did a cylinder drop test and found that its missing on the upper port...
