I just purchased a used 2003 Bayliner with 5.7 Mag EFI. The problem is a max wot of 3500rpms and 12-15 mph. I can back the throttle down to 1/2 to 2/3 and still have 3500rpms. I had 100 gal of new fuel, changed the inline and water separator filters, checked all spark plugs and regaped at .060...
