    How do you reach the Horn to replace it?

    Hi All, I was trying to replace the horn cover on my 1998 CCR 248 Crownline. It was dented and the membrane had disintegrated. I made the mistake of removing both screws thinking that something else was holding the horn in place. It dropped and there is no way from the outside to move it...
