    No water, exhaust relief port

    1992 Johnson 15hp (J15REN) I think it's the relief port. It's a short tube on the rear starboard side of the engine. I hooked up ear muffs and started. No water came out. With our Seadoo's, water comes out right away. Does it have to be under load first? Or is it likely I have an issue?
