I have a 1992 monterey 206scr with a 4.3l volvo penta. I just bought this boat used a week ago. I put it in the water the other day started fine, idled fine, then when i gave it throttle in gear it would bog down. the more throttle the more it would bog. a couple of times it stalled out...
