    1991 70hp evinrude vro problem solution.

    I replaced the vro with a regular fuel pump. I have some pictures that should help with this process. I had a bracket made to fit the pump it was only $10 and the fuel pump was $75 and for the cost to replace the vro well I can buy a lot of 2-cycle oil with the money I saved.

    1991 70HP Evinrude vro 2 stroke running rough .

    I bought a 1991 70hp Evinrude vro 2 stroke. I'm having a couple of problems. I have trouble getting it started and when it does It idles rough. I pull the plugs and two looked good but third had a lot of carbon build up. Can somebody help me?
