    So im looking to rebuild my carb on my 92 3.0Lx. The numbers on my carb are as follows 814374 and underneath of that are 078L... ive been reading on the forum and do not see these numbers listed nor do i see them in my factory manual. Any ideas? Thanks. Newbie Jim.

    new boater, timing questions.

    Hey, I have read a ton of post about my issue, but non have been clear. i'm new to boating and have a 92 merc 3.0L LX I/O. It has EST ignition. I have set base timing to -1 degree. When i check timing advance at 2-3K it goes to 11 degrees, at 4K it only goes to 14 degrees. Spec is 23 degrees. I...
