    1994 FORCE 120 HP not charging

    I have a 1994 Force 120hp. I was out running this past weekend and the tach quit and the engine was not charging. Does anyone know what part would need to be replaced to correct this? I read it could be stator, trigger or regulator/rectifier. Thanks.

    Firing problem

    With new stator unhooked, should I read continuity (short) across the pair of blues, the pair of reds, and the pair of yellows?

    1994 Force 120 stator

    Can you tell me how to test a stator on a 1994 120hp? My engine is turning over but there is no spark. I have been told that the stator is bad, but I would like to check for myself.<br /><br />Thanks
