Greetings.....
Wondering if anyone might be able to help.
1983 40hp Johnson VRO.
Wont seem to start unless I blast the carbs with a little starting fluid.
Engine will restart within 30 minutes of shutting it down.
But it seems that every time I need to start it, it wont start without a blast...
