    Alpha trim motor rebuild

    I am about to replace the brushes and end cap and give my trim motor internals a cleaning, does anyone know of good how to or give me some tips on getting started, I am mechanical inclined just haven't done one of these yet, thanks for the help. Oh ya alpha one gen one 1989

    Another alpha trim issue

    Alpha one gen one, trim works then stops happens in either directions, hit the button again and all you hear is the solenoid click, if you wait about 30 seconds not touching anything you hear a light click from the trim unit and then it works again, it seems like a thermal time out.
