    hope someone has an idea, last time out motor hard to start and surging when trying to get on plane. what I've found so far fuel pump making a thumping sound fuel pressure gauge bounces from 40 to 90psi. checked voltage at pump pos term 12.6 neg term bounces from 2.5 to 12 volts pump never times...
