    1993 Evinrude 140hp HELP!

    I have a 140 HP 1993 Model Evinrude V4 Ocean Pro...Took it out Sat...made a good 20 minute run on it ran slick as a whistle...then it started acting up. The motor will not "OPEN UP" when the gearshift is engaged. In neutral it revs and idles perfect. As soon as you put it in gear it Bogs down...
