    No spark on one cylinder,need advice

    1983 70 hp 3 cyl fuel enrichment doesn't work,hard start

    I have a Merc with fuel enrichment valves on the carbs and they don't seem to work even after a dismantle and cleaning.Other than a hard to start situation the engine runs perfectly in every way good slow idle and good WOT.I would like to know how they work and how to fix this situation.Any help...
