I bought this motor along with a small boat. It has no id tags on it anywhere. It did have a tag on the tiller handle. It is a twin cylinder liquid cooled. I am assuming between 9 and 15 horse. I am wondering if it would be an Elgin motor or is it an Eska? I need to get a recoil starter spring...
