I have a 1993 Ranger 361V (an 18' bass boat). It has a netalflake finish and has not been altered since it's production. The top cap is fading and when i run my fingers across the coat, it seems that I can "barely" feel the roughness of the flake. When you wet the boat with water - it shines...
