Got a 96 7.4L GI Volvo duo prop. Boat idles good but when I give it throttle it runs up to about 3000 rpm and dies out. As quick as I pull it back to neutral and get right back in the throttle it picks right back up. If you keep it in gear and pump it, it will back fire. Acts like water in fuel...
