I have a 1994 40hp Force motor on the back of my pontoon. I runs OK i guess but today it would not start and it made a womp womp sound when I turned the key. I am going to check all the terminals and plugs tomorrow. I have access to a 1979 Evinrude outboard motor. I ran it two summers ago...
