    No start, Have spark fuel and compression. 140 mercruiser

    Fuel to carb, spark on all 4 cylinders. Just ran fine a week ago. Compression 110-115 on all cylinders. I know thats getting a little on the low side but that shouldnt be the issue.     Spin on fuel/water seperator unit bad????

    3.0 mercruiser stumbled, bogged, wouldnt start. Put on new fuel/seperator filter, same symptoms. Went from tank right to fuel pump bypassing the filter and ran like a top.     140 Mercruiser 2 barrel Rochester Wont start, has spark.

    Replaced fuel pump, filters, thought it may be a carb issue so i took carb off my running 120 merc and put it on there and still nothing. Runs for about one second then dies. Really weird. Has gas, has spark, wont run. Never seen anything like it, maybe someone else has, HELP!!!
