Had all the carbs rebuilt last season because it was time, leaking and so forth. Got it back, runs great at low idle, get on plane but when i throttle up at about 3000 rpms it just bogs down and want to die. I did notice that the primer bulb was not full and hard so after pumping it up it runs...
