    Wot RPMs only get to 4000 to 4100 on 2007 5.0 gxi

    I have a 2007 5.0 gxi with an sx drive. I put a new 19p 4 blade stainless prop on yesterday and ran it and wot was 4100 rpm at 44 mph. Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem?     1990 70hp evinrude troubles

    I have a 1990 70hp evinrude that will run great for 15-20 minutes and the it will kill and not restart. It seems like it does this when the motor warms up. Just curious if anyone else has every had a problem like this and what the culprit was. Thanks
