Just bought a used 9.9 Gamefisher outboard. Stored for about 6 years. Got it to run and have run it for about 10 seconds at a time so as to not overheat. I see no water from a peehole anywhere using a muff. Model 225 581995, which I think denotes 1995 mfg. Ser. # 0E005518. :( Any help on...
