I have a 1981 Evrinrude 15hp. I just gave it a tune up for the season and now it bogs down when I have the throttle wide open, I have to back off about 1/8th of a turn and then it picks up. I put a new fuel pump, spark plugs, and carb rebulld kit. Sounds like it's getting too much air, but...
