    1978 Mercury 70hp 700 series thunderbolt

    I'm having proplems getting my 70 HP 1978 mercuryon a 92 model 15' stratos to plane off. The motor sounds as if its running on all senlindors but doesn't seem to have full power on the takeoff. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Evinrude 1975 70HP

    I have a 1975 70HP Evinrude outboard that needs a little attention to get it running, but I'm not exactly sure what's wrong with it. I can keep it running as long as I keep starter fluid sprayed in it so I think the carps just need to be cleaned and a rebuild kit for extra help. I would also...
