I have a 1986 15' skeeter bass boat with a yamaha 40hpELJ. engine runs beautiful i just rebuilt all carbs new plugs and fuel filter and i change the key way as well. my issue is that i cant get my boat to plane. i have to have a friend move to the bow just to plane out but after that shes fine...
