I have a 2004 90hp johnson outboard motor 2 stroke bombadier. It starts and idles like a champ. Runs fine at low speed without issue. When I hit the throttle to get over 10 mphs, it bogs down. Tries to run but seems like it is not getting fuel as it goes through a speed/bog/speed/bog etc...
