I just rebuilt my 150 Optimax and did all the primming procedures and it cranked right up. It smoked for a minute and idled fine. I restarted it and it immediately red lined and the limiter dropped the rpm to idle and sounded a over rev alarm. I shut it off and restarted and it jumped rpm again...
