2001 johnson 40hp with a manual hydraulic assist tilt/trim. Motor has less than 30 hours. Motor sat unused for 6 months in the down position. Now motor is very very hard to lift(Not much hydraulic assist). No signs of any leaks. What can I do to fix it?
