In the back of my 25 hp 4 stroke, there is a box with 3 fuel lines. One is an in-line on the very bottom and two out-lines above it. The bottom out-line is not capped (doesn't look like anything goes to it-no missing lines, etc.) and gas squirts out of it every time I squeeze the prime ball...
