    force 120 hp Tilt will not go down after valve body rebuild

    The tilt cylinder was leaking down. So I replaced the o-rings in the cylinders and rebuilt the valve body with new o-rings in and on check valves and shuttle valve. Now the tilt works only in the up postion it will not go down.
