I have a 4hp Johnson outboard (in the 80's I believe), that has a better bottom end than an 84' 8hp Johnson outboard that I just purchased. At a quick glance, these motors seem to be almost identical, and I was wondering if I could swap the powerhead from the 8hp, to the 4hp lower...
