    04' Yamaha 9.9 kicker twist grip.

    I have an ELHC 9.9 and the throttle grip is seized up. I have taken the rubber grip off, but how do you take the round metal end cap off to slide the plastic throttle grip off? Do you pound it off? I don't want to wreck anything, so any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Andy
