I have a 90 hp mercury 2001 or so outboard that under load w throttle wide open only hits 2200 rpm and my fuel is evaporating for lack of a better term not leaking that i can see dont smell it but burning it up at a very high rate boat idles ok now w/ choke being held open will run under load...
