    94-96 mercury fuel problem

    well here i go again, this 115 merc will not stay running. it have clean carbs,new fuel pump,new fuel lines,new tank and bulb,clean accelerator, clean gas and oil, but why it wont stay running for a few minutes. it will stay longer if i hit the choke easy, do you have any answer's out there.:mad:
