Noob here.... I have an 86 4 Winns 190 Horizon I bought this weekend. The boat runs great but the tach shows it only running at low RPMs. It is a 4.3L with an Alpha One drive. At WOT it only turns 2200 but when out of gear it will go up to 4000 RPM. I'm not sure what size prop it has, I know it...
