I have a 2002 Yamaha 90hp 2 cycle. I turn the key and nothing happens...no click, no instruments. I have check the following;
Battery new and fully charged
Cleaned all battery connections
Checked fuse on motor...good
Voltage at starter relay is 12 volts across terminals
Check ground connection...
