    Alpha One noise

    4.3 mercruiser with a alpha one outdrive. Have a noise coming from behind the motor with it in or out of gear. Gimble bearing? Is there anything else back there that could go wrong?

    Which coil for 4.3

    Replacing coil on my 4.3 and says to use external ressitor,i dont see one any where on the motor, is it the ignition amplifier? Can i use one with an internal resistor? Thanks

    4.3 engine miss ??

    I have a 89 baja with a 4.3 mercruiser. It runs good for about a half hour then starts to miss and backfire through the carb. It seems to have good spark from the coil to the cap but from the cap to the wires it is hit and miss. This only happens when the motor is up to temp and i assume the...
