hopefully someone can help... I have seen similar post to my problem but with few good answers. I have a 1982 70hp mercury. It will run at full throttle for about 15 minutes and then it has major power loss and goes from 30mph to 10mph. The top cylinder seems to be dry and has carbon build up...
