I was recently givin a 1968 searay with a 100hp Mercury mated to it. It was last ran 2 years ago and has been stored since. I went to go pull it out and check it over when i noticed it would not shift into netrual or reverse. It is stoped in forward. Any thoughts or ideas? I am a but new to this...
