I have a 2000 Johnson 130 V4 that was running fine but hasn't been ran in about 6 months. I am going to attempt to do my own maintenance on this ie: rebuild carbs, waterpump etc. Before I get too far into this I was wondering if anyone could tell me the significance of the rust on the head...
